“My laptop blue screened at a time I needed it most, of course! Jamie was recommended to me by a dear friend and she responded immediately. I was so thankful that she was able to come by my house to pick up my computer, have it diagnosed within a day and return it with in a couple of days. My hard drive crashed and she was able to save all of my data, pictures, music, etc...whew! She was also very communicative by email and I appreciated that as well.
